The KICL Agent Portal is a secure, web-based platform developed for Karnaphuli Insurance Company Limited to facilitate agent-specific operations such as policy management, customer onboarding, commission tracking, and more. As a core member of the development team at Informax Technology Limited, I was directly responsible for ensuring the stability, functionality, and scalability of the portal by developing mission-critical features, resolving complex bugs, and optimizing overall system flow.

• Developed core functionalities for the portal, including agent login/authentication, dashboard modules, customer policy workflows, and commission calculation logic.
• Debugged and resolved high-impact issues to ensure smooth operation across all modules and user types.
• Worked on feature enhancements such as form validations, report generation, activity logs, and notification systems.
• Improved system performance through optimized backend queries and code refactoring.
• Collaborated with UI/UX team to ensure user-friendly design and responsive frontend using Laravel Blade, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
